    1. I. RIGHT OF ACCESS TO DATA

      You have the right to be informed about:

      • the purposes for which personal data are processed;
      • the categories of personal data processed;
      • the planned period of storage of personal data, and when it is not possible, criteria for determining this period;
      • recipients of personal data or categories of recipients to whom personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular about
      • recipients in third countries or international organizations;
      • if the personal data has not been collected from the data subject – any available information about their source;
      • assumptions for automated data processing, and in the case of profiling, also information about the consequences of such processing;
      • information about the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority;
      • information on the right to request the data controller to rectify, delete or limit the processing of personal data of the data subject and to object to such processing.
    2. RIGHT TO RECTIFY / CORRECT PERSONAL DATA

      You have the right to request the rectification of incorrect data about yourself at any time. This right also covers situations of incomplete data, when the data subject requests their supplementation.

    3. RIGHT TO DELETE DATA

      You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data if:

      • you have withdrawn your consent on the basis of which the processing was based and there is no other basis for further processing of the data;
      • you have objected to the processing carried out for the purposes of direct marketing, processing that is necessary to perform a task carried out in the public interest, or processing on the basis of a legitimate interest carried out by the administrator or a third party;
      • the personal data has been processed unlawfully;
      • personal data must be removed in order to comply with the legal obligation provided for in the European Union law or the law of the Member State to which the controller is subject.
    4. RIGHT TO RESTRICTION OF PROCESSING

      You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted in a situation where:

      • you question the correctness of your personal data – in this case, the administrator of this data is obliged to stop processing it for a period allowing the administrator to check the correctness of the data being processed;
      • the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the deletion of personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead;
      • the data controller no longer needs personal data for the purposes of processing, but they are needed by the data subject to establish, assert or defend claims;
      • the data subject has objected to processing – in this case, the processing is limited until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds of the data controller override those of the data subject.
    5. RIGHT TO DATA TRANSFER

      You have the right to exercise this right in a situation where:

      • you have consented to the processing of your personal data for one or more specific purposes;
      • data are processed on the basis of a contract, i.e. they are necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject, before concluding the contract;
      • you have consented to the processing of personal data of special categories for one or more specific purposes;
      • the processing is carried out in an automated manner.
    6. RIGHT TO OBJECT

      The data subject has the right to object at any time – for reasons related to his particular situation – to the processing of his/hers personal data, the processing of which is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority entrusted to the administrator, and when processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller or by a third party. The data subject also has the right to object to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing.

    Clause for visitors to our company regarding video monitoring

    Pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) – hereinafter referred to as GDPR, we kindly inform you that:

    The administrator of your personal data is COMATIC. Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Kraków, Jana Kanego Federowicza 1/79, 30-392 Kraków (hereinafter the Personal Data Administrator PDA or the employer).

    Personal data is processed on the basis of sec. 6 (1) (a) f for purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by PDA, i.e. care for safety and property in PDA resources.

    Personal data may be disclosed to authorized persons and entities that demonstrate the legal basis and legitimate interest.

    Personal data will not be transferred either to third countries or to international organizations.

    The monitoring records will be kept for a period not exceeding 21 days from the date of recording.

    A person registered by the monitoring system has the right to request the Administrator to access personal data (Article 15 of the GDPR).

    A person registered by the monitoring system has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body – the President of the Data Protection Office, if it is found that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

    The administrator will not make automated decisions for you, including decisions resulting from profiling.

    Clause for comatic. Sp. z o. o. employees

    The administrator of your personal data is COMATIC. sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Kraków, Jana Kanego Federowicza 1/79, 30-392 Kraków (hereinafter PDA).

    Personal data is processed for the purpose of employment – pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 b GDPR.

    Personal data may be disclosed to recipients: authorized employees, contractors, an accounting office, entities providing technical services, including occupational medicine doctors, training companies, e.g. a company providing health and safety training, entities and public institutions at their request.

    Personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

    Personal data will be kept for the period necessary under the current legal regulations.

    You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object;

    You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.     Clause for people applying to work

    The administrator of your personal data is COMATIC. sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Kraków, Jana Kanego Federowicza 1/79, 30-392 Kraków (hereinafter PDA).

    Your personal data will be processed in order to carry out the recruitment process pursuant to art. 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR.

    The recipient of your personal data will be PDA employees and associates and postal operators.

    Personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

    Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary to carry out the recruitment process.

    You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if the processing takes place on the basis of consent) which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;

    You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016.     Clause for contractors

    The administrator of your personal data is COMATIC. Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Kraków, Jana Kanego Federowicza 1/79, 30-392 Kraków (hereinafter the Personal Data Administrator PDA or the employer).

    Personal data is processed in order to conclude and perform the contract – pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR.

    Personal data may be disclosed to recipients: authorized persons and entities that demonstrate legitimate interests, as well as employees, associates, business partners, postal operators and entities providing technical services.

    Personal data may be transferred to third countries only if these countries ensure a level of personal data protection adequate to the GDPR.

    Personal data processed in order to perform the contract will be processed for the period of its performance, and after its expiry for the period necessary to:

    • after-sales customer service (e.g. complaint handling);
    • securing or pursuing any claims due to PDA;
    • fulfilment of PDA’s legal obligations (e.g. resulting from tax or accounting regulations);

    You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if the processing takes place on the basis of consent), which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;

    You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016.     Providing personal data for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract is voluntary, but necessary for the performance of the contract;

    Marketing clause

    The administrator of your personal data is COMATIC. Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Kraków, Jana Kanego Federowicza 1/79, 30-392 Kraków (hereinafter the Personal Data Administrator PDA or the employer).

    Your personal data will be processed for marketing purposes pursuant to art. 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR.

    The recipient of your personal data for marketing purposes will be PDA employees and associates, business partners, postal operators, partners providing technical services.

    Your personal data may be transferred to third countries – only if the third country ensures a level of personal data protection adequate to the GDPR.

    Your personal data will be processed until the consent to their processing is withdrawn or until an objection is raised by the data subject.

    You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if the processing takes place on the basis of consent), which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;

    You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016.     Clause for people who send e-mail inquiries

    The administrator of your personal data is COMATIC. Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Krakow, Jana Kanego Federowicza 1/79, 30-392 Kraków (hereinafter PDA).

    Your personal data will be processed in order to answer the question asked by you by e-mail and to settle the matter provided by you.

    The recipient of your personal data for the above-mentioned purposes will be PDC employees and associates.

    Your personal data processed for the purpose set out above will be kept for the period necessary to answer the question and settle the matter.

    You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if the processing takes place on the basis of consent), which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

  • CONTENTS OF PERMISSIONS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

    Consent to be attached in the CV – a specific recruitment proces

    Based on the provision of art. 6 section 1 lit. and the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016, I consent to the processing of my personal data contained in my CV in order to carry out the recruitment process by COMATIC. Sp. z o.o. based in Kraków. At the same time, I declare that I have been informed about the possibility of withdrawing my consent at any time and I confirm that I have read the information clause on the processing of personal data.

    Consent to be included in the CV – current and future recruitment processes

    Based on the provision of art. 6 section 1 lit. and the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016, I consent to the processing of my personal data contained in my CV in order to carry out the recruitment process by COMATIC. Sp. z o.o. based in Kraków. At the same time, I consent to the processing of my personal data contained in my CV for the purposes of future recruitment processes organized by COMATIC. Ltd. based in Kraków, but not longer than one year. At the same time, I declare that I have been informed about the possibility of withdrawing my consent at any time and I confirm that I have read the information clause on the processing of personal data.
