During the production process, many logistics processes are carried out. Our company provides robotic palletizing and depalletizing systems for products. Light structures made of aluminium profiles equipped with servo drives guarantee trouble-free operation. The depalletization systems are supplemented with pneumatic actuators. A sensor system controls each step of the machine.
We can adapt our stands to any size of pallets or containers and carry out the process of loading and unloading products.
We build fully automatic, robotic stations for unloading products from the production line. The presented stand is adapted to handle two types of containers. Equipped with two automatically interchangeable robot tools with pneumatic end of arm tooling. In a different implementation, a vision system was installed on the robot’s wrist in order to precisely locate the place where the products are deposited. The stand also has an additional visual inspection system that checks the products.
